WRC Croatia Rally 2026
This spring I took my father to see the Croatia Rally for the first time. Even though Croatia is close to Slovenia, we somehow never made it happen before. Since I live in the Netherlands nowadays, father-son weekends like this have become rare, which made the whole experience feel even more meaningful.
Standing next to the stages was something else. The smell of fuel and hot brakes, the anti-lag echoing through the forest, and the way the ground shook for a short second every time a rally car flew past us. Truly amazing.
No rush, no distractions. Just two people sharing something they both genuinely love.
One of those memories that quietly stays with you.
